You can cancel your purchase of any course or program on our website within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or downloaded the conference material (Joining Link / Zoom Link) or attended the live session.
To cancel your purchase, please contact us at care@skillacquire.com with your name, email address, order number, and the reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have accessed or downloaded the conference material (Joining Link / Zoom Link) or already attended the live session, you are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
