How much time does it take to receive DVDs or Flash Drives?

For physical shipments (DVDs and Flash Drives), delivery typically takes around 7 working days to your provided address.

How can I get access to live training?

You can access live training using a Joining Link or Dial-In Number:
- We've partnered with Zoom to deliver a seamless experienceβsimply log in using your customized Zoom link.
- Instant delivery for live sessions and digital formats: You will receive your live session joining details instantly upon registration. For other digital formats, access links will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
- Fast shipping for physical formats: If you purchased a physical format (such as a DVD or flash drive), your order will be packaged and shipped out to you within 24 hours.
- Timely reminders: To ensure you don't miss a thing, we will also send the joining link and dial-in details directly to your registered email address 1β2 days prior to the live training.
Technical Requirements
Do I require a computer for attending a live course?

Yes, but the system requirements are quite basic:
- OS: Windows (any version, preferably above Windows Vista) or Mac (any version above OS X 10.6)
- Internet Speed: Preferably above 1 Mbps
- Headset: Any decent headset and microphone for talking and hearing clearly
