Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund for a course or webinar purchased on SkillAcquire under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date, and

  • You have not accessed the course content, downloaded materials, or attended the live session.

If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • If you have accessed, downloaded, or viewed any course materials.

  • If you have attended or joined a live webinar session.

  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

  • For completed courses, certifications, or digital downloads.

  • For subscription or membership plans once the billing cycle has started, unless otherwise stated.


Cancellation of Live Webinars

If you register for an upcoming live webinar, you may cancel your registration within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have not accessed the webinar joining link, and

  • The webinar session has not yet taken place.

After the webinar materials or joining links have been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and reviewed:

  1. We will send you an email confirmation acknowledging your request.

  2. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed.

  3. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
